The Rev. J. Robert Regan, Jr.
has been president of the Virginia United Methodist Housing
Development Corporation (VUMHDC) since it was chartered in 1975. He
retired from the active pastorate in 1994. He now serves part-time as
one of the pastors at the Lake of the Woods Community Church.
Mr. Regan is
a graduate of Duke University and the Duke Divinity School. He served
churches as pastor in North Carolina and Virginia - his last full-time
appointment before retirement, was the Fredericksburg United Methodist
Church.
Married to
the former Jeanette Leonard, Mr. Regan has four distinguished children
and six remarkable grandchildren.
